The Special Education Teacher proposed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field from an accredited institution, supplemented by a Master's degree in Special Education, Autism Spectrum Disorders, or a closely related discipline. The candidate must possess a valid teaching license recognized by the Saudi Ministry of Education and a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience working with students aged 4–18 in special education settings. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred to facilitate effective communication with parents, administrators, and support staff within the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia school environment. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
