1. Scope of Services — Special Education TeacherThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Inclusive Education Pte. Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent financial breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Special Education Teacher to deliver individualized and group-based instructional services within the Singapore Singapore education ecosystem. The proposed Special Education Teacher holds a Bachelor of Education (Special Education) degree from Nanyang Technological University, possesses a valid Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) teaching licence, and has a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and specific learning difficulties.
The Special Education Teacher will be stationed at the client's designated facility in Singapore Singapore and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for up to twenty (20) enrolled students per academic term. Services include but are not limited to: structured classroom instruction, sensory integration therapy sessions, assistive technology integration, parent and caregiver workshops, inter-agency liaison with the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), and quarterly progress reporting to the client's management committee.
All instructional materials, adaptive learning resources, and assessment tools required for the Special Education Teacher role shall be procured and maintained by Meridian Inclusive Education Pte. Ltd. at no additional cost to the client, as itemized in the cost schedule below. The Special Education Teacher will adhere to the Singapore Singapore national curriculum guidelines for special education as outlined by the MOE and the Council for Special Education (CSP).

The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be payable in twelve (12) equal monthly instalments of SGD 9,408.33, invoiced on the first business day of each month. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice receipt via bank transfer to the account details provided on each invoice. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will apply to outstanding balances. All amounts are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing Singapore Singapore rate of 9%.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
- The engagement of the Special Education Teacher is subject to a successful background check (NSIC/SPF clearance) and medical fitness certification as required by Singapore Singapore regulatory authorities.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata settlement of all services rendered to date shall be applied.
- Meridian Inclusive Education Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Special Education Teacher with a suitably qualified replacement of equivalent or higher credentials, provided at least fourteen (14) days' prior written notice is given to the client.
- All student records, IEP documents, and assessment data generated during the engagement are the exclusive property of the client and shall be handled in strict compliance with the Singapore Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The definitive Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) shall govern all operational and legal matters.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through mediation under the Singapore Singapore Mediation Centre before any litigation is commenced in the courts of Singapore Singapore.
