- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in South Africa Johannesburg.
- Payment shall be made in monthly instalments, with the first payment due within fourteen (14) days of the commencement of services. Subsequent payments are due on the first business day of each month.

- The Special Education Teacher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a registered professional with the South African Council for Educators (SACE) and hold a minimum qualification of a Bachelor of Education in Special Education (NQF Level 8) or equivalent.
- All services shall be delivered in strict compliance with the South African Constitution (Section 29 — Right to Education), the White Paper on an Inclusive Education System and Curriculum in South Africa (2001), and the relevant provisions of the South African Schools Act.
- The Special Education Teacher shall adhere to the code of professional conduct and ethics as set out by SACE and the South African Department of Basic Education.
