  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in South Africa Johannesburg.
  • Payment shall be made in monthly instalments, with the first payment due within fourteen (14) days of the commencement of services. Subsequent payments are due on the first business day of each month.
  • All amounts are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 15%, as mandated by the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
  • A 10% deposit is required to secure the Special Education Teacher and confirm the booking prior to the start date of services.
  • Payment methods accepted include Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the company's designated bank account, or by cheque made payable to Inclusive Education Services (Pty) Ltd.
  • Overdue payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month, in accordance with the National Credit Act (NCA) of South Africa.
  • The Special Education Teacher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a registered professional with the South African Council for Educators (SACE) and hold a minimum qualification of a Bachelor of Education in Special Education (NQF Level 8) or equivalent.
  • All services shall be delivered in strict compliance with the South African Constitution (Section 29 — Right to Education), the White Paper on an Inclusive Education System and Curriculum in South Africa (2001), and the relevant provisions of the South African Schools Act.
  • The Special Education Teacher shall adhere to the code of professional conduct and ethics as set out by SACE and the South African Department of Basic Education.
  • Confidentiality of all learner records, assessment data, and personal information shall be maintained in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
  • Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total shall be applied.
  • The service provider shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of R 5,000,000.00, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in South Africa Johannesburg.
  • Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the rules of the Johannesburg District Court, South Africa.
