  • 40% milestone payment (KRW 41,140,000) due upon successful completion of visa processing and the Special Education Teacher's arrival in South Korea Seoul.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the agency's designated account at Woori Bank, Seoul Central Branch, South Korea Seoul. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Special Education Teacher placement may be subject to revision based on market conditions in South Korea Seoul.
  2. The Special Education Teacher shall be bound by a minimum contract term of twelve (12) months with the institution. Early termination by either party prior to the completion of this term shall require a written notice period of sixty (60) days and may incur a contractual penalty as stipulated in the individual employment agreement.
  3. Global Education Placement Agency shall not be held liable for delays caused by South Korean immigration authorities, government processing backlogs, or force majeure events affecting the Special Education Teacher's relocation to South Korea Seoul.
  4. All personal data collected during the recruitment and placement process shall be handled in strict compliance with the South Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and applicable data protection regulations in South Korea Seoul.
  5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. The final employment terms for the Special Education Teacher shall be governed by a separate employment agreement executed between the institution and the teacher, in accordance with the South Korean Labor Standards Act.
  6. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Seoul, South Korea, and, if unresolved, through the Seoul District Court.
