In accordance with standard commercial practice in Spain Madrid, the total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be settled according to the following schedule:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in the Spain Madrid education sector.
- The Special Education Teacher assigned to this engagement shall comply with all applicable Spanish labor regulations, including the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, and shall be covered by the appropriate social security contributions under the Spanish system.
- All services shall be delivered in accordance with the educational standards set by the Consejería de Educación, Universidades, Ciencia y Portavocía de la Comunidad de Madrid.
