4. Payment Terms
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly instalments via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the account designated by Professional Educational Staffing Solutions. The first payment is due within 30 calendar days of the date of issue of this Quotation Estimate. Subsequent monthly invoices will be issued on the first business day of each month. Late payments shall incur a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad).
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- The Special Education Teacher shall be engaged under a fixed-term employment contract (contrato fijo-discontinuo) for the 2025–2026 academic year, renewable by mutual written agreement.
- All services will be delivered in compliance with the educational regulations of Spain Valencia, including the Decreto 142/2010, the LOMLOE, and the specific protocols of the Conselleria d’Educació, Cultura i Universitats.
- The client reserves the right to request a replacement of the Special Education Teacher within the first 30 days of placement at no additional cost, should the candidate not meet the agreed-upon competency profile.
- Confidentiality: All student records, assessment data, and institutional information accessed by the Special Education Teacher are subject to strict confidentiality under the Spanish General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the LOPDGDD.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies or government-mandated school closures in Spain Valencia, shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty to either party.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law.
