Scope of Services – Special Education Teacher Placement

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Colombo Educational Services (Pvt) Ltd. in response to the formal request received from St. Mary's Inclusive Learning Centre for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing professional support of a qualified Special Education Teacher to operate within the Sri Lanka Colombo metropolitan area. The services described herein encompass the full lifecycle of the Special Education Teacher engagement, including initial screening, credential verification, onboarding, continuous professional development, and performance monitoring throughout the contracted period.

The Special Education Teacher to be placed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from a recognized institution in Sri Lanka Colombo or an equivalent internationally accredited qualification. The candidate must possess a valid teaching license issued by the Sri Lanka Institute of Teachers (SLIT) and a minimum of three (3) years of documented experience in inclusive education settings, including but not limited to support for children with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, learning difficulties, and sensory impairments. All placements are conducted strictly within the Sri Lanka Colombo district to ensure proximity, cultural familiarity, and ease of administrative coordination.

Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon successful placement and onboarding of the Special Education Teacher, and the remaining 30% to be settled in equal monthly instalments over the contract period.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Colombo Educational Services (Pvt) Ltd., Commercial Bank, Colombo 02 Branch, Sri Lanka Colombo, Account No: 0012345678901.
The Special Education Teacher shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement and a code of conduct aligned with the Ministry of Education, Sri Lanka, guidelines for inclusive and special education practitioners operating in Sri Lanka Colombo.
Any changes to the scope of services, including additional students, extended hours, or relocation within Sri Lanka Colombo, shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate signed by both parties.
Colombo Educational Services (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw this Quotation Estimate without prior notice if the client fails to confirm acceptance within the validity period.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Sri Lanka Colombo in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka, No. 11 of 1995.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by an authorized representative of Colombo Educational Services (Pvt) Ltd.
