The Special Education Teacher proposed under this Quotation Estimate must meet the following minimum qualifications to ensure the highest standard of service delivery in Sudan Khartoum:

5.5 Any changes to the scope of services, additional students, or extended working hours must be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties before implementation.

5.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the authorized representative of the requesting institution in Sudan Khartoum.

By signing below, the requesting institution acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that all terms, conditions, and financial figures have been reviewed and understood.
