1. Scope of Services

The Special Education Teacher proposed for this engagement holds a Bachelor of Education (Special Education) from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Postgraduate Diploma in Inclusive Education from the Open University of Tanzania, and a valid teaching licence issued by the Tanzania Commission for School Inspection (TCS). The candidate has a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in special and inclusive education within Tanzania Dar es Salaam and the surrounding regions.

4. Payment Terms

The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid in the following instalments:

  • 30% advance payment (TZS 6,246,000) upon signing of the service agreement, to be processed within five (5) working days.
  • 40% mid-term payment (TZS 8,328,000) due at the end of the second term of the academic year.
  • 30% final payment (TZS 6,246,000) due upon completion of the academic year and submission of the final performance report.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to Edulink Tanzania Ltd. at NMB Bank, Dar es Salaam Branch, Account No. 0045-8821-3376. Invoices will be issued in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) in accordance with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) regulations.

5. Terms and Conditions
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement initiated after the expiry date will require a revised quotation.
  2. The Special Education Teacher shall be engaged on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) for the 2025/2026 academic year, commencing 1 September 2025 and concluding 30 June 2026, subject to the school calendar in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
  3. Edulink Tanzania Ltd. shall bear all statutory employer obligations, including NSSF, PAYE withholding, and workmen's compensation insurance, as required by Tanzanian labour law.
  4. The school reserves the right to terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of unsatisfactory performance, subject to a formal review process.
  5. All intellectual property, including IEP templates, assessment tools, and training materials developed during the engagement, shall remain the property of Bright Futures Inclusive School.
  6. Any changes to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before implementation.
  7. This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed the acceptance section below.

Edulink Tanzania Ltd. is committed to upholding the highest standards of professional conduct in the recruitment and placement of a Special Education Teacher in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. We guarantee that the candidate will undergo a comprehensive background check, including verification of academic credentials with the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) and clearance from the Tanzania Police Force. Should the proposed candidate become unavailable, we will present an alternative candidate of equivalent or superior qualification within ten (10) working days at no additional cost.
