Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu).

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and terms are subject to revision.
2. The Special Education Teacher shall be subject to a background check and medical examination prior to the start date, in compliance with Turkish labor law and Ministry of National Education regulations.
3. Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment shall be applied to the remaining balance.
