All payments are to be made in British Pounds Sterling via BACS transfer to the account details provided by Thameside Educational Staffing Ltd. 5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all costs associated with the Special Education Teacher placement may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the United Kingdom London education sector.

5.2 The Special Education Teacher placed under this agreement shall be subject to a three-month probationary period. During this period, either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice without penalty.

5.3 All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Equality Act 2010, the Children and Families Act 2014, and all applicable safeguarding legislation in force in the United Kingdom London area.

5.4 Thameside Educational Staffing Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the Special Education Teacher with a candidate of equivalent or superior qualifications should the originally placed individual resign or be unable to continue, at no additional cost to the client.
