2. Scope of Services – Special Education Teacher
This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive professional services to be provided by a qualified Special Education Teacher engaged through Manchester Inclusive Education Services Ltd. for deployment at the client's institution within the United Kingdom Manchester metropolitan area. The Special Education Teacher will hold a valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), along with a minimum of five years' demonstrable experience in inclusive classroom settings.
The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for delivering individualised education programmes (IEPs), conducting assessments for pupils with a range of special educational needs including autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, speech and language difficulties, and physical disabilities. The role encompasses curriculum adaptation, behaviour management strategies, multi-sensory teaching methodologies, and collaboration with educational psychologists, speech therapists, and parents/carers. 4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is issued by Manchester Inclusive Education Services Ltd. and is binding only upon written acceptance by the client within the validity period stated above.
- The Special Education Teacher named in this estimate shall be subject to enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance, right-to-work verification, and professional indemnity insurance before commencing duties in the United Kingdom Manchester area.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon contract execution; remaining balance invoiced monthly in arrears. Late payments will incur interest at 2% per month in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- The client agrees to provide a suitable, accessible workspace, teaching materials, and reasonable travel time within the United Kingdom Manchester metropolitan boundary. Travel beyond a 15-mile radius of the school premises will be billed at £0.45 per mile.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with 28 days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, a pro-rata fee for the Special Education Teacher's remaining contracted period (up to a maximum of 4 weeks' salary) shall be payable.
- All data processed by the Special Education Teacher in relation to pupil records shall comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of educational outcomes. The Special Education Teacher will exercise professional judgement in line with best practice for SEND provision in the United Kingdom Manchester education sector.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Manchester, United Kingdom, before any legal proceedings are initiated.
5. Acceptance and Authorisation
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the provision of a Special Education Teacher as detailed herein. The engagement will commence on 1 September 2025 at the client's premises in United Kingdom Manchester.
