- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing is subject to revision based on current Los Angeles, United States labor market conditions and California state salary schedules.
- All costs listed are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable California state and Los Angeles County sales taxes where legally required.
- The Special Education Teacher must maintain an active California teaching credential and Special Education endorsement throughout the employment period. Lapse of credentials will result in a 15-day grace period before contractual review.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from invoice date. Invoices will be submitted via the LAUSD electronic procurement portal. Late payments will accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under California Civil Code Section 3303.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal employment agreement, subject to approval by the Los Angeles Unified School District Board of Education, must be executed prior to the commencement of services.
- All services will be rendered in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as applicable within the United States Los Angeles jurisdiction.
