- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the United States Miami educational labor market.
- Payment for the one-time recruitment and placement fee (Item 1) is due within fifteen (15) business days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Monthly salary and benefits payments (Item 2) and account management fees (Item 5) shall be invoiced on the first business day of each month and are due within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt.
- Quarterly professional development fees (Item 3) are invoiced at the beginning of each quarter. Annual items (Items 4 and 6) are invoiced at the start of the academic year.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via ACH transfer, wire transfer, or certified check to the account designated by Miami Special Education Consulting Group, LLC.
- Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Florida state law, whichever is lower.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of employment. The Special Education Teacher's continued placement is contingent upon satisfactory performance evaluations conducted at 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month intervals.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, a pro-rated refund of unused monthly fees will be issued, less any non-recoverable recruitment costs.
- All services shall be performed in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Florida Statutes, and all applicable United States federal and state regulations governing special education in the Miami, Florida region.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively to the client named above. Any assignment or subcontracting of services requires prior written consent from Miami Special Education Consulting Group, LLC.
