- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are expressed in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and are subject to adjustment in the event of significant currency devaluation or changes in the provincial tax regime of Argentina Córdoba.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation; the remaining 50% to be settled in two equal monthly installments aligned with the therapy program schedule.
- All services will be rendered at the practice location in Córdoba Capital or at the client's designated address within the Greater Córdoba metropolitan area. Travel beyond a 25 km radius will be billed separately at ARS 350 per kilometer.
- The Speech Therapist reserves the right to modify the therapeutic plan based on clinical progress. Any additional sessions beyond the scope outlined in this quotation will be quoted separately at the same unit rates.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- All clinical records, assessment reports, and progress documentation are the property of the client and will be provided in both digital (PDF) and printed format upon request.
- This engagement is governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Province of Córdoba, Argentine Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Córdoba Capital.
