- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on current Australian market rates for Speech Therapist services.
- All Speech Therapist services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are to be delivered in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Client records will be stored securely in our Melbourne, Australia facility.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. We accept bank transfer (EFT), credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and direct NDIS plan payment where applicable. A 2% late payment surcharge applies to overdue accounts.
- For NDIS participants, our Speech Therapist services in Australia Melbourne are registered under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We will provide all necessary documentation for plan management and direct payment arrangements.
- Cancellations must be provided with a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a Service Agreement will be executed detailing the full scope of the Speech Therapist engagement.
- All Speech Therapists delivering services under this Quotation Estimate hold current AHPRA registration, professional indemnity insurance, and are members of Speech Pathology Australia. They operate in full compliance with Victorian health and safety regulations applicable to Australia Melbourne.
