The following conditions apply to this Quotation Estimate for Speech Therapist services in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro:
- Travel surcharge of R$ 80,00 per session applies for on-site visits to locations outside the central zone of Rio de Janeiro (including Barra da Tijuca, Recreio, and Niterói).
- Emergency or after-hours consultations (outside standard business hours of 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday) are subject to a 50% surcharge on the applicable session rate.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this quotation constitutes agreement to all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The client is requested to sign and return a copy of this document to confirm engagement of the Speech Therapist services described.
