- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in China Guangzhou.
- Payment terms: 30% advance deposit upon contract signing, with the remaining 70% payable in four equal quarterly instalments. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Linghua Rehabilitation & Therapy Centre, Bank of China, Guangzhou Branch.
- The Speech Therapist shall maintain full professional liability insurance and shall comply with all regulations set forth by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China and the Guangzhou Municipal Health Bureau.
- All student records, assessment data, and therapy progress reports shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (effective 1 November 2021).
- Should the client require additional Speech Therapist hours beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate, a supplementary written agreement shall be executed at the prevailing hourly rate of CNY 400 per 45-minute session.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
- The Speech Therapist shall submit a comprehensive annual summary report to the client by 15 September 2026, detailing outcomes, attendance statistics, and recommendations for the following academic year in China Guangzhou.
