- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs, material expenses, or regulatory requirements within Egypt Cairo.
- The Speech Therapist reserves the right to reschedule individual sessions with a minimum of 24 hours’ prior written notice. Missed sessions due to client-side cancellation will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- All clinical data, assessment results, and progress reports generated during the course of therapy are the confidential property of the client institution and the students’ guardians. The Speech Therapist and the Nile Delta Communication & Speech Center shall comply fully with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).
- The therapy program is designed for a 36-week cycle. Any extension beyond this period will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement between both parties.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until it is countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received in full.
- The Speech Therapist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Egypt Cairo.
