Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, pricing and availability of the Speech Therapist team may be subject to revision.
Payment Terms: Invoicing shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account of Logopädie Zentrum München GmbH, IBAN: DE89 7500 0000 0000 0000 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX.
Insurance and Reimbursement: Where applicable, the client is advised to verify coverage with their statutory health insurance (GKV) or private health insurance (PKV). A physician's prescription (Ärztliche Verordnung) is required for insurance-covered sessions. This Quotation Estimate reflects private-pay rates; insurance-billed rates may differ.
Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
Confidentiality and Data Protection: All client data is processed in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
