The complete therapy programme outlined in this Quotation Estimate is designed to span approximately 12 weeks. Individual Speech Therapist sessions will be scheduled twice per week (Tuesday and Thursday, 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM IST) at our India Mumbai clinic in Bandra East. Parent workshops will be conducted on the first Saturday of each month. The tele-therapy follow-up sessions will commence two weeks after the final in-person session. The client may request rescheduling up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in India Mumbai.
- A 50% advance payment (₹ 38,055) is required to confirm the booking and reserve the Speech Therapist's schedule. The remaining balance is payable in two equal instalments at the 6-week and 12-week marks.
- Payment may be made via NEFT/RTGS, UPI, bank transfer, or major credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed in INR.
- Cancellation of a scheduled session with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
- The Speech Therapist assigned to this programme is Dr. Ananya Deshmukh. In the event of her unavailability, an equivalently qualified Speech Therapist from our India Mumbai team will substitute without any change in fees.
- All clinical records, assessment reports, and progress documentation are the property of ClearVoice Speech & Language Therapy Centre and are maintained in compliance with Indian data protection norms.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific clinical outcomes. Therapy progress is individual and depends on the client's engagement, consistency, and home practice adherence.
- Any additional services, extended sessions, or specialist referrals beyond the scope of this estimate will be communicated separately with a supplementary quotation.
- Disputes, if any, shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
