Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in India New Delhi.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% to be paid in two equal monthly instalments during the therapy programme.
- All Speech Therapist sessions are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- The Speech Therapist will provide a written progress report at the end of Week 6 and Week 12, which will be included in the total cost of this Quotation Estimate.
- Additional sessions beyond the 12-week programme will be billed at the standard per-session rate as listed in this Quotation Estimate.
- Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, in India New Delhi. Sunday sessions are available by prior arrangement at a 20% premium.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include diagnostic medical tests (audiometry, neurological evaluation) which must be obtained from a separate medical facility.
- All personal health information shared with our Speech Therapist is protected under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, applicable in India New Delhi.
