Our Speech Therapist, Dr. Layla Al-Hassan, holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Baghdad and is certified by the Iraqi Ministry of Health. She has over twelve years of clinical experience treating children and adults with articulation disorders, aphasia, dysphagia, stuttering, and language delays. The therapy will be conducted at our fully equipped clinic in the Al-Mansour District of Iraq Baghdad, which features a sound-treated therapy room, standardized assessment tools, and assistive communication devices. Sessions may also be arranged at the client's residence or workplace within the greater Baghdad metropolitan area upon request.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation or changes in operational costs in Iraq Baghdad.
• A minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking and secure the Speech Therapist's schedule. The remaining balance shall be paid in two equal installments: 50% at the midpoint of the therapy program and 50% upon completion.
• All payments shall be made in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) via bank transfer to Al-Rafidain Bank, Baghdad branch, or by certified cheque. International wire transfers in USD are accepted with a 3% processing surcharge.
• Cancellations or rescheduling of individual sessions must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed at 50% of the session fee.
• The Speech Therapist reserves the right to modify the treatment plan based on clinical progress. Any additional sessions beyond the scope of this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately at the same per-session rates.
• All client records, assessment reports, and therapy notes are confidential and stored in compliance with Iraqi data protection regulations. Records will be retained for a minimum of five years.
• This Quotation Estimate does not guarantee specific clinical outcomes. The Speech Therapist will provide evidence-based interventions and regular progress updates, but individual results vary based on the client's condition, age, and engagement level.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, power outages exceeding 48 hours, or government-mandated closures in Iraq Baghdad, may result in temporary suspension of services without penalty to either party.
