The treatment program outlined in this Quotation Estimate is designed for a period of 20 weeks (approximately 5 months), commencing on the date of the initial assessment. Sessions will be conducted at our clinic in Italy Naples, Monday through Friday, between 09:00 and 19:00. The assigned Speech Therapist will maintain a consistent schedule to ensure continuity of care. Should the client require an extension or modification of the program, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued prior to any additional services being rendered.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be subject to revision based on current market rates in Italy Naples.
Payment is due within 15 days of invoice issuance. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (bonifico bancario), credit/debit card, and cash. A 10% deposit is required to confirm the booking of the initial assessment.
Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged at 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
All Speech Therapist services are provided in strict compliance with Italian data protection regulations (GDPR / D.Lgs. 196/2003). Client records are stored securely and accessible only to authorized clinical staff.
The Speech Therapist reserves the right to modify the treatment plan based on clinical progress. Any significant changes will be communicated to the client in writing and reflected in an updated Quotation Estimate if additional costs are incurred.
Should the client hold a valid prescription (ricetta) from a specialist physician or a referral from the ASL Napoli, applicable National Health Service (SSN) reimbursement or ticket reductions may apply. The client is advised to verify coverage with their insurance provider or the ASL before commencing treatment.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance form. The clinic retains the right to decline service if the client's condition falls outside the scope of our Speech Therapist's clinical competencies.
All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Italian Republic, with jurisdiction vested in the competent court of Naples, Italy.
