Important: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of all applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 16% as mandated by the Kenya Revenue Authority. No additional charges will be incurred unless the Speech Therapist recommends an extended therapy programme beyond the twelve-week period outlined above, in which case a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued for the client's approval.
The Speech Therapist assigned to this case will be a registered and licensed professional with a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in paediatric speech and language disorders. All therapy sessions will be conducted in a private, sound-treated room at our Kenya Nairobi facility to ensure maximum concentration and minimal distraction for the young client. The Speech Therapist will maintain detailed session notes and share weekly progress updates with the parent or guardian via the preferred communication channel.
Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows:
- A deposit of 30% (KES 37,710) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the therapy schedule.
- The remaining 70% (KES 87,990) shall be payable in two equal instalments: 50% at the midpoint of the programme (end of Week 6) and 50% upon completion of the final session (end of Week 12).
- Accepted payment methods include M-Pesa, bank transfer to our Kenya Nairobi account, and major credit/debit cards. Cash payments are also accepted at the clinic reception.
- A receipt will be issued for every payment made in accordance with Kenyan tax regulations.
1. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the Nairobi Speech & Language Therapy Centre.
2. The Speech Therapist reserves the right to adjust the therapy plan based on the child's progress. Any significant changes will be communicated to the parent and a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be provided if additional sessions are required.
3. Cancellations of scheduled sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
4. All client information and therapy records are handled in strict confidence in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
5. This Quotation Estimate is specific to the client named above and the services described herein. It may not be transferred to a third party.
6. The Speech Therapist will provide a final written report summarising outcomes, recommendations for ongoing support, and any referrals to other specialists in Kenya Nairobi if deemed necessary.
