This Quotation Estimate is calculated on the basis of a 40-week therapeutic programme, commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 30 April 2026, subject to the clinical judgment of the Speech Therapist. Sessions will be scheduled between Monday and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the therapy centre located in Al Salmiya, Kuwait Kuwait City. The Speech Therapist reserves the right to adjust session frequency based on the patient's progress, and any such adjustments will be communicated in writing and reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate if additional sessions are required.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments of KWD 700.000, due on the first business day of each month. A 10% deposit of KWD 280.000 is required to confirm the booking and secure the Speech Therapist's schedule. The remaining balance will be invoiced monthly. Late payments exceeding 14 days will incur a service charge of 2% per month. The client is advised to verify coverage with Bupa Kuwait prior to commencement, as the Speech Therapist operates under a private practice arrangement in Kuwait Kuwait City and not all sessions may be covered under the insurance policy.

Should the client need to cancel or reschedule a session with the Speech Therapist, a minimum of 24 hours' written notice is required. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of KWD 15.000. In the event that the Speech Therapist is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, a make-up session will be arranged at no additional cost. This policy is an integral part of the Quotation Estimate and applies throughout the duration of the therapeutic programme in Kuwait Kuwait City.

All clinical records, assessment reports, and progress notes generated by the Speech Therapist are subject to the Kuwaiti Personal Data Protection Law and the professional code of ethics governing speech-language pathology practitioners. No information contained in this Quotation Estimate or in subsequent clinical documentation will be disclosed to third parties without the written consent of the client, except where required by Kuwaiti law or by the referring physician in Kuwait Kuwait City.

Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and are inclusive of all applicable government levies. Any changes in scope, duration, or service delivery model will necessitate the issuance of a revised Quotation Estimate by the Speech Therapist's practice in Kuwait Kuwait City.
