This Quotation Estimate is prepared for the provision of comprehensive Speech Therapist services to be delivered at our clinic premises located in the heart of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The services outlined below are designed to address the specific speech and language needs of the client's child (age 5, diagnosed with mild expressive language delay and mild articulation difficulties) as recommended by the referring paediatrician. All sessions will be conducted by a registered and licensed Speech Therapist who is a member of the Malaysian Association of Speech-Language Pathologists (MASLP) and holds a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in paediatric speech intervention.

* The above Quotation Estimate covers a full twelve (12) month therapy programme. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Speech Therapist will assign a dedicated clinician to ensure continuity of care throughout the programme duration.
Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of this quotation to secure the client's slot with the assigned Speech Therapist. The remaining 50% shall be payable in two equal monthly instalments (months 6 and 12).
- All therapy sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled session will incur a 50% session fee.
- The Speech Therapist reserves the right to adjust the therapy plan based on the client's progress as determined during periodic re-assessments. Any additional sessions beyond the quoted scope will be billed at the standard rate of RM 220.00 per 45-minute session.
- Confidentiality: All client records, assessment reports, and therapy notes are protected under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. No information will be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client or legal guardian.
- This quotation does not include hospital admission costs, medical imaging, or any pharmaceutical expenses. It is strictly limited to speech and language therapy services as itemised above.
- Force Majeure: In the event of government-mandated closures, public health emergencies, or natural disasters affecting the Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area, sessions may be rescheduled or converted to telehealth format without additional charge.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, with jurisdiction in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
