This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment for the Speech Therapist services may be made in the following manner:
- Option A: Full payment of $38,000.00 MXN upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with a 5% early-payment discount applied.
- Option B: Monthly installments of $12,666.67 MXN, due on the first business day of each month for three consecutive months.
- Option C: Payment through authorized Mexican health insurance providers (IMSS, ISSSTE, or private insurers such as GNP, AXA, or MetLife) where Speech Therapist benefits are covered under the client's policy in Mexico, Mexico City.
All payments are accepted in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer (SPEI), credit/debit card, or in-person at our Mexico City office. A formal invoice (factura) will be issued for each payment in compliance with SAT regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties.
- The Speech Therapist reserves the right to modify the treatment plan based on clinical progress, with written notice to the client at least 72 hours in advance.
- Cancellations of in-person sessions in Mexico, Mexico City must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% session fee.
- All clinical records and progress reports are the property of the Speech Therapist practice and will be maintained in accordance with Mexican data protection law (LFPDPPP).
- Prices are subject to adjustment in the event of changes in the Mexican minimum wage or applicable government health regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the client named above.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Speech Therapist services in Mexico, Mexico City, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The Speech Therapist program will commence within five (5) business days of signed acceptance and full or initial payment.
