Subsequent monthly payments of €1,545.17 will be invoiced on the first business day of each month for the duration of the treatment programme, with a final balancing payment due upon completion of the last scheduled session.
Payments may be made via bank transfer to the practice's designated account (IBAN: NL91 ABNA 0417 1643 00, BIC: ABNANL2A) or by direct debit with prior written authorisation. A late-payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will apply to any outstanding balance exceeding the fourteen-day payment window, in accordance with Dutch commercial law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 6).
The Speech Therapist at Amsterdam Logopedie & Spraakcentrum is a contracted provider with major Dutch health insurance companies, including Zorgverzekeraar Nederland, VGZ, CZ, and Menzis. The client is advised to verify the extent of coverage under their supplementary insurance (aanvullende verzekering) prior to commencing treatment. The Speech Therapist will provide all necessary documentation, including the treatment plan, progress notes, and final discharge report, to facilitate the reimbursement claim process. In the Netherlands, a portion of Speech Therapist services may be covered under the basic health insurance package (basisverzekering) for medically indicated treatments, while additional sessions may fall under the supplementary component.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue.
