This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by our registered Speech Therapist team at the Auckland Speech & Language Therapy Centre to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional speech and language therapy services available to residents and visitors in New Zealand Auckland. All services described in this Quotation Estimate are delivered in accordance with the standards set by the Speech Language and Hearing New Zealand (SLHNZ) professional body and the Health and Disability Commissioner Act 2000 applicable in New Zealand Auckland.
The following Speech Therapist services are included in this Quotation Estimate for delivery in the New Zealand Auckland metropolitan area. Each service is performed by a fully qualified and SLHNZ-registered Speech Therapist with a minimum of five years of clinical experience in paediatric and adult speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment for the Speech Therapist services outlined above is due within fourteen (14) days of each invoice date. We accept EFT, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), and HealthCarePlus / ACC claim submissions. A 10% deposit is required to secure the initial assessment appointment with our Speech Therapist.
Cancellations must be provided at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee. This policy applies to all Speech Therapist appointments booked through our New Zealand Auckland clinic or via telehealth.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a fixed-price contract. The treating Speech Therapist reserves the right to adjust the treatment plan, session frequency, or duration based on clinical progress. Any additional sessions beyond the 12-week programme will be billed at the standard Speech Therapist rate of $185.00 per 50-minute session (excl. GST) and will be itemised on a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to commencement.All Speech Therapist services provided under this Quotation Estimate are delivered by clinicians who are registered with the Speech Language and Hearing New Zealand (SLHNZ) professional association and hold a current Practising Certificate. Our practice operates in full compliance with the Health and Disability Commissioner Act 2000, the Privacy Act 2020, and all relevant local council regulations applicable to allied health providers in New Zealand Auckland.
Client records, assessment data, and therapy progress notes are stored in accordance with New Zealand privacy legislation. All Speech Therapist reports and documentation are prepared in English and are available for translation upon request at an additional fee, as noted in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
