• Payment Schedule: A 30% deposit of the total Quotation Estimate amount (NZD $1,588.73) is due upon acceptance of this document. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in two equal instalments: 50% at the midpoint of the therapy programme (Week 8) and 50% upon completion of the final session.
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer to the Wellington Speech & Language Therapy Centre account (ANZ Bank, Wellington CBD Branch), credit/debit card, or via the New Zealand government's HealthCarePlus portal where applicable for eligible clients.
• Cancellation Policy: Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the Speech Therapist's session rate. No-shows will be charged in full.
