As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Speech Therapist services shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 30% (NGN 483,900) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the client's place in the Speech Therapist's schedule in Nigeria Lagos. The remaining 70% balance shall be payable in two equal monthly instalments at the midpoint and conclusion of the therapy programme. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided by SpeechBridge Clinical Centre. Late payments exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days will attract a 5% administrative surcharge as per the standard terms of this Quotation Estimate.
The Speech Therapist assigned to this engagement holds a Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy, is a registered member of the Nigerian Association of Speech and Language Therapists (NASLT), and operates in full compliance with the regulatory standards governing allied health professionals in Nigeria Lagos. All clinical records, assessment tools, and intervention protocols employed by the Speech Therapist adhere to international best-practice guidelines as adapted for the Nigerian clinical context. This Quotation Estimate confirms that the practice maintains professional indemnity insurance and adheres to the data protection and patient confidentiality standards mandated by Nigerian health regulations.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Should the client require any modifications to the scope of Speech Therapist services, the session frequency, or the service delivery location within Nigeria Lagos, a revised Quotation Estimate shall be issued at no additional cost. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between the client and SpeechBridge Clinical Centre for the delivery of the specified Speech Therapist services. Any cancellation by the client after the initial deposit has been paid will result in the forfeiture of the deposit as stated in the terms above.

The final cost may be adjusted if the Speech Therapist determines, following the initial assessment, that the scope of intervention requires additional sessions or specialised equipment. Any such adjustments will be communicated in writing and require the client's written approval before implementation.
