1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by ClearVoice Rehabilitation & Speech Therapy Center, a licensed and registered clinical facility operating in Pakistan Islamabad, to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional Speech Therapist services. The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of therapy, session frequency, associated costs, and all relevant terms and conditions so that the client may make an informed decision regarding the engagement of our Speech Therapist team. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and reflects the current market rates for specialized speech and language therapy in the Pakistan Islamabad metropolitan area as of June 2025.
2. Scope of Speech Therapist Services
The following Speech Therapist interventions are included in this Quotation Estimate. Each service is delivered by a qualified, RSPB-registered Speech Therapist with a minimum of five years of clinical experience in pediatric and adult speech-language pathology. All sessions are conducted in a private, sound-treated therapy room at our Pakistan Islamabad clinic or at the client's residence upon request.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates may be revised to reflect current operational costs in Pakistan Islamabad.
3.2 Cancellation Policy: Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged in full. This policy applies to all Speech Therapist appointments.
3.3 Confidentiality: All patient records, assessment reports, and therapy progress notes are maintained in strict accordance with the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) code of ethics and the Personal Data Protection regulations applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.
3.4 Referral & Coordination: Our Speech Therapist team will coordinate with the client's primary physician, neurologist, or pediatrician as needed. Referral letters and progress reports will be provided upon request at no additional cost.
3.5 Payment Methods: Payments may be made via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank – Islamabad branches), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cash at the clinic reception. A receipt will be issued for every transaction.
3.6 Scope Limitation: This Quotation Estimate covers speech-language therapy services only. It does not include medical prescriptions, surgical interventions, hearing aid procurement, or psychological counseling unless separately agreed upon in writing.
3.7 Governing Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Pakistan Islamabad.
