Initial Comprehensive Assessment: A full diagnostic evaluation conducted by a qualified Speech Therapist to identify the nature and severity of the speech, language, or communication disorder. This includes articulation testing, language comprehension and expression assessment, oral-motor examination, and hearing screening coordination.
Individualized Therapy Sessions: One-on-one Speech Therapist sessions tailored to the specific needs of the patient, covering areas such as articulation correction, phonological awareness, fluency improvement, language development, voice therapy, and swallowing disorders.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monthly progress reports prepared by the Speech Therapist documenting milestones achieved, areas requiring continued focus, and recommendations for home practice activities.
Parent/Caregiver Training: Guidance sessions for family members on how to support the therapy process at home, ensuring continuity of care beyond the clinic in Pakistan Karachi.
Re-evaluation: A follow-up assessment after the completion of the therapy program to measure outcomes and determine whether additional Speech Therapist intervention is required.

All rates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and reflect the prevailing fees for Speech Therapist services in Pakistan Karachi as of June 2025. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for diagnostic imaging, audiological testing, or medical prescriptions, which are billed separately by the respective specialists.

The Speech Therapist program outlined in this Quotation Estimate is designed to span approximately twelve (12) weeks. Sessions will be conducted two to three times per week at our clinic located in Clifton, Pakistan Karachi, or via scheduled home visits as indicated in the pricing table. The Speech Therapist will adjust the frequency and intensity of sessions based on the patient's progress, and any additional sessions beyond the scope of this Quotation Estimate will be communicated in writing prior to scheduling.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Speech Therapist fees may be subject to revision based on updated clinic rates in Pakistan Karachi.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking and reserve the Speech Therapist's schedule. The remaining balance is payable in two equal monthly installments.
Cancellations of scheduled Speech Therapist sessions must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
The Speech Therapist reserves the right to modify the treatment plan based on clinical judgment. Any significant changes to the scope of work will be documented in a supplementary addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
All patient records, assessment data, and therapy notes remain the confidential property of Clarity Speech & Language Centre and are protected under the Pakistan Data Protection Ordinance. No information will be shared without written consent from the client or legal guardian.
This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued specifically for the client named above residing in Pakistan Karachi.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
