• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, prices may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in the Philippines Manila healthcare sector.
• All Speech Therapist services are subject to availability. Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance through our Philippines Manila central booking office.
• A 50% down payment is required to secure the initial assessment and reserve the Speech Therapist's schedule. The remaining balance shall be settled in two equal monthly installments.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will incur a 50% fee of the session rate. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
• All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Bureau of Internal Revenue for services rendered in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction.

• Home visit services are limited to addresses within the Philippines Manila metropolitan area (Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig, San Juan, Quezon City, and Taguig). Travel beyond these areas will be quoted separately.

Payment may be made via bank transfer (BDO, BPI, or Metrobank accounts), cash, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB). A valid Official Receipt (OR) will be issued for every transaction in accordance with Philippine tax regulations. For institutional clients in the Philippines Manila, we also accept payment via check with a 15-day clearance period.
