The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid according to the following schedule:
- Advance Payment (40%): Due within 5 business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Amount: 147,168 RUB.
- Mid-Contract Payment (35%): Due upon completion of the 12th individual Speech Therapist session. Amount: 128,772 RUB.
- Final Payment (25%): Due upon completion of all services and delivery of the final progress report. Amount: 91,980 RUB.
Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Moscow Speech & Language Centre's designated account in Russia Moscow. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day on the outstanding balance.
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Speech Therapist must be reconfirmed in writing.
5.2 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of a scheduled Speech Therapist session must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
5.3 Confidentiality: The Speech Therapist and all staff of the Moscow Speech & Language Centre shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client records, medical history, and therapy progress in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.
5.4 Qualifications: The assigned Speech Therapist holds a certified degree in Logopedics from a recognized institution in Russia Moscow, a minimum of 8 years of clinical experience, and is registered with the Moscow City Medical Chamber.
5.5 Liability: The Moscow Speech & Language Centre shall not be held liable for outcomes beyond the professional scope of Speech Therapist intervention. All therapy plans are individualized and progress may vary.
5.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the civil law of the Russian Federation, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Russia Moscow.
