The total amount of 120,240 RUB (inclusive of VAT) shall be payable according to the following schedule:
- 30% deposit (36,072 RUB) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Speech Therapist's schedule.
- 40% interim payment (48,096 RUB) due at the midpoint of the treatment programme (after Session 12).
- 30% final payment (36,072 RUB) due upon completion of the final evaluation and delivery of the discharge summary.
Payments may be made via bank transfer to the Northern Speech & Language Centre's account at Sberbank, Saint Petersburg branch, or by cash/card at the clinic reception. A formal receipt will be issued for each payment in accordance with Russian Federation tax regulations.
6.1 This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer for Speech Therapist services and does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties.
6.2 The Speech Therapist reserves the right to modify the treatment plan based on the client's progress. Any significant changes to the scope of services will be communicated in writing and may result in an adjusted Quotation Estimate.
6.3 Cancellations of Speech Therapist sessions must be made no fewer than 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
6.4 All clinical records, assessment data, and progress reports remain the property of the Northern Speech & Language Centre. The client is entitled to a copy of all documentation upon request, in compliance with Federal Law No. 323-FZ "On the Health Protection of Citizens in the Russian Federation."
6.5 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from the provision of Speech Therapist services in Saint Petersburg shall be resolved through negotiation or, failing that, through the competent courts of Saint Petersburg.
6.6 The Speech Therapist is insured under professional liability coverage with Ingosstrakh Insurance Company, Policy No. INS-2025-88412, valid throughout the duration of the engagement.
