This Quotation Estimate is structured for payment in three (3) equal installments, due at the commencement of each four-month period of the twelve-month engagement. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Dakar Speech & Language Centre, held at Ecobank Senegal, Dakar. A 10% mobilization advance is required upon signature of the service agreement. All amounts are quoted in West African CFA Francs (XOF) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes in Senegal.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Speech Therapist are subject to revision.
- The Speech Therapist shall maintain full professional liability insurance and valid registration with the Senegalese Ministry of Health and the relevant professional licensing body in Dakar.
- All client data, student records, and assessment reports are subject to strict confidentiality in accordance with Senegalese data protection regulations and the ethical code of the International Speech-Language Association.
- The client agrees to provide a dedicated, quiet consultation room at the LBD campus in Dakar for the duration of all therapy sessions and assessments.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and mutual agreement on pricing.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such cases, the client shall be invoiced for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with the civil code of the Republic of Senegal.
- The Speech Therapist reserves the right to refer cases requiring medical, audiological, or neurological intervention to appropriate specialists within the Dakar healthcare network.
