All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the clinic's designated account in Seoul, South Korea, or by credit card. Late payments exceeding 14 days will incur a 2% monthly surcharge as per Korean commercial practice.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in operational costs in the Seoul market.
• All Speech Therapist professionals assigned to this engagement hold valid licenses issued by the Korean government and are members in good standing of the Korean Association of Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Services will be delivered at our primary clinic located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea, or at an alternative location within the Seoul metropolitan area by mutual agreement.
• Client data and therapy records are protected in full compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea.
• Cancellation of scheduled sessions must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be billed at 50% of the session fee.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance form. The final service agreement will be executed in both Korean and English.
• Any additional services beyond the scope described herein will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate and written approval by the client.
