This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment for the services of the Speech Therapist in Spain Valencia shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: a 30% deposit is due upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% is due at the midpoint of the therapy programme, and the remaining 30% is due upon completion of all scheduled sessions. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Valencia Speech & Language Centre, registered in Valencia, Spain. Late payments will incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% in accordance with Spanish commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal. A formal service contract must be executed before any Speech Therapist services commence in Spain Valencia.
- All Speech Therapist sessions are subject to the clinical judgement of the treating professional. The therapist reserves the right to modify the treatment plan based on the patient's progress and clinical needs.
- Client data and clinical records are protected under the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
- The Speech Therapist services described herein are not covered by this quotation if the client's condition requires hospitalisation or surgical intervention, which would be subject to a separate medical estimate.
