All Speech Therapist sessions referenced in this Quotation Estimate will be conducted at the ClearVoice Speech Therapy Centre, located at No. 42, Galle Road, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka Colombo. The facility is fully equipped with modern speech therapy equipment, including digital articulation mirrors, acoustic analysis software, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, and a dedicated child-friendly therapy room. • This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Speech Therapist service rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo.
• A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total estimated amount, amounting to LKR 44,750, is required to confirm the booking and secure the Speech Therapist schedule.
• The remaining balance shall be payable in two (2) equal monthly instalments, due on the 1st of each subsequent month of the therapy cycle.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (Commercial Bank, Ceylinco Bank, or HNB), cash, and major credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
• Any additional Speech Therapist sessions requested beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the standard per-session rate of LKR 8,500 and require prior written approval.
• Cancellations of scheduled sessions must be communicated at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four hours' notice will be charged at fifty percent (50%) of the session fee.
