• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
• All Speech Therapist services are delivered by professionals registered with the Tanzania Medical and Dental Council and holding recognized qualifications in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance of this document, and the remaining 50% is payable in two equal quarterly installments.
• Payment may be made via bank transfer to our account at National Bank of Commerce, Dar es Salaam Branch, or by certified cheque. All payments are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Cancellations of scheduled Speech Therapist sessions must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
• Our Speech Therapist practice in Tanzania Dar es Salaam maintains full professional liability insurance and adheres to all data protection regulations under the Tanzania Data Protection Act, 2022.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for medical diagnostics (audiometry, imaging, genetic testing) which must be obtained from a separate medical facility.
• Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written agreement and additional charges.
