- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current market rates in Turkey Istanbul.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of invoice issuance. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (IBAN), credit/debit card, and cash at the clinic in Istanbul, Turkey. A 10% early payment discount applies for full program prepayment.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- The Speech Therapist will provide a written progress report at the end of each calendar month, detailing therapeutic goals, achieved milestones, and recommended adjustments to the treatment plan.
- All client records, assessment data, and therapy notes are maintained in strict compliance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK - Law No. 6698) and the Istanbul Health Directorate's confidentiality regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. The service agreement will be formalized upon full payment of the initial assessment fee.
- The Speech Therapist is not liable for outcomes beyond the scope of standard clinical practice. Therapy results vary by individual, and no guarantees of specific outcomes are made.
- For clients residing outside Turkey Istanbul, teletherapy sessions will be conducted via encrypted video conferencing platforms. A stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) is required on the client's end.
- Any additional services not listed in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., emergency sessions, specialist referrals, or extended therapy beyond the 12-month program) will be quoted separately in writing.
- This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the named client and may not be transferred or shared with third parties without written consent from the Speech Therapist and the Istanbul Speech & Language Therapy Center.
