Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the provider's designated corporate account in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The total amount of AED 661,710.00 shall be invoiced on a quarterly basis, with each invoice due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. A 2% late payment penalty shall apply to any outstanding balance exceeding the stipulated payment window. The client is required to remit a 10% advance payment (AED 66,171.00) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Speech Therapist's schedule for the initial contract period.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates healthcare sector.
- The Speech Therapist assigned under this engagement shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance and valid DoH (Abu Dhabi) practising licence throughout the contract duration.
- All patient records, assessment data, and clinical reports generated by the Speech Therapist shall remain the exclusive property of the client and shall be handled in strict compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 15% administrative fee.
- The provider reserves the right to substitute the assigned Speech Therapist with an equally qualified professional, subject to prior written approval from the client's medical directorate.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the UAE Arbitration Law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorised representatives.
