The Speech Therapist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will deliver a full spectrum of clinical services tailored to the individual needs of the client. The scope includes, but is not limited to: initial comprehensive speech and language assessment; formulation of an individualized treatment plan; direct therapeutic sessions targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension and expression, voice disorders, and fluency (stuttering); parental and caregiver coaching; progress monitoring and periodic re-evaluation; and written discharge or continuation reports. All services are delivered in accordance with the clinical standards set by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the regulatory frameworks governing allied health professionals in United Arab Emirates Dubai.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at the clinic located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and secure the Speech Therapist's schedule. The remaining balance is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the final session. Late payments shall incur a service charge of 2% per month. All fees are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 5% as mandated by the Federal Tax Authority of the United Arab Emirates. No additional taxes or municipal levies apply within Dubai.

This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to cancel or reschedule any session with the Speech Therapist, a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' prior written notice is required. Cancellations made within less than forty-eight hours will be subject to a 50% session fee. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice ("no-show") will result in a full session charge.
