Our registered Speech Therapist, Ms. Eleanor Hartley (HCPC Reg. No. 123456, BSA Member), will deliver the following services to the client or the client's dependent child (age 7) at our Birmingham clinic or via a home-visit arrangement within the Birmingham and Solihull postcodes:

• Initial Comprehensive Assessment (2 hours): A full speech, language, communication, and swallowing evaluation conducted in accordance with British Speech Therapy Association (BSTA) guidelines. This includes standardised testing (CELF-5, PPVT-IV), parent/carer interview, and observation of the child in a naturalistic setting.
• Written Assessment Report (1 session): A detailed clinical report summarising findings, diagnosis, prognosis, and a tailored intervention plan. This report will be suitable for submission to the client's GP, school SENCO, or educational psychologist in Birmingham.
• Individual Therapy Sessions (10 sessions × 50 minutes): One-to-one Speech Therapist-led intervention sessions targeting articulation, phonological processing, expressive and receptive language, and pragmatic communication skills. Sessions will be scheduled weekly over a ten-week period.
• Parent/Carer Training Workshop (1 session × 90 minutes): A dedicated session to equip the parent or primary carer with home-based strategies, activity plans, and monitoring tools to reinforce therapy gains between professional sessions.

The total amount of £2,172.00 (inclusive of VAT) shall be payable as follows:

2. Interim Payment (40%): £868.80 due prior to the commencement of the ten individual therapy sessions (i.e., before Session 1).
3. Final Balance (30%): £651.60 due within 14 calendar days of the Progress Review & Discharge Planning session.

All payments are to be made in GBP. Late payments will incur a charge of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Cheques should be made payable to "Meridian Speech & Language Therapy Ltd" and posted to our Birmingham office address listed above.
