Following the initial referral from the client's General Practitioner, our senior Speech Therapist, Sarah Whitmore, conducted a preliminary screening assessment on 28 May 2025. The assessment identified the following areas of concern requiring targeted intervention:
- Expressive language delay (estimated 18–24 months below age-expected level)
- Mild articulation difficulties, specifically with the /r/ and /l/ phonemes
- Reduced pragmatic language skills in social communication contexts

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Payment may be arranged in one of the following ways at the client's discretion:
- Full payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with a 5% early-payment discount applied.
- Monthly instalments of £444.00 (including VAT) over a twelve-month period, commencing from the first therapy session.
- Per-session payment at the point of service, with a 10% administrative surcharge applied to each individual session fee.
All payments are to be made by direct bank transfer to Clarity Speech & Language Therapy Ltd, or by credit/debit card. A receipt will be issued for every transaction in compliance with United Kingdom tax regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding estimate of costs and does not constitute a contractual obligation until formally accepted in writing by the client.
- All therapy services will be delivered by a fully qualified, HCPC-registered Speech Therapist operating in Manchester, United Kingdom, in strict adherence to the RCSLT Code of Professional Conduct.
- The client agrees to attend all scheduled sessions. Cancellations must be made no fewer than forty-eight (48) hours in advance; otherwise, a 50% session fee will be charged.
- The Speech Therapist reserves the right to adjust the treatment plan based on the client's progress, which may result in a revised Quotation Estimate. Any such revision will be communicated in writing and will require the client's written consent before additional costs are incurred.
- Client data and clinical records will be handled in full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Records will be stored securely at our Manchester, United Kingdom premises and retained for a minimum of seven years post-discharge.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of any assistive technology, specialist equipment, or third-party assessments (e.g., audiological evaluation) that may be recommended during the course of therapy.
- In the event of the Speech Therapist's prolonged unavailability (exceeding fourteen consecutive days), the client will be offered a transfer to an equivalent qualified Speech Therapist within our Manchester practice at no additional cost, or a full pro-rata refund of prepaid sessions.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the services described herein shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
