4. Payment Terms
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Vietnamese Dong (VND) via bank transfer to the designated account of the Speech Therapist practice. A 30% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the client's scheduled sessions. The remaining balance shall be paid in two equal installments: 50% at the midpoint of the therapy program and 50% upon completion of the final session. Late payments exceeding fifteen (15) calendar days from the due date shall incur a surcharge of 2% per month.
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates are subject to revision based on current operational costs in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- The Speech Therapist reserves the right to reschedule sessions with a minimum of 24 hours' prior written notice. Cancellations by the client within less than 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- All therapy sessions are conducted in compliance with the professional standards set by the Vietnam Association of Speech-Language Pathology and the applicable regulations of the Department of Health, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Client records, assessment reports, and progress documentation are maintained in strict confidence in accordance with Vietnamese data protection laws. No information will be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- The Speech Therapist will provide a written progress evaluation at the end of every four (4) sessions, detailing observed improvements, remaining goals, and recommended adjustments to the therapy plan.
- Home visit services are limited to addresses within the administrative boundaries of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. Travel to locations outside the city limits will be quoted separately.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. Upon mutual signature, the terms herein become legally enforceable.
- Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably or, failing that, through the competent courts of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
