Note: This Quotation Estimate is based on a standard 12-week intervention programme. Should the Speech Therapist determine, following the initial assessment, that an extended or modified programme is clinically necessary, a supplementary quotation will be issued prior to any additional services being rendered. All rates are inclusive of VAT where applicable under Zimbabwean tax law.

Payment Schedule: A 30% deposit of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance to secure the client's place in the Speech Therapist's schedule. The remaining 70% shall be payable in two equal monthly instalments (Week 4 and Week 8 of the programme).
Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer (CBZ, FNB, Stanbic, or Absa Zimbabwe), EFT, or cash payment at our Zimbabwe Harare office. Mobile money (EcoCash, Innbucks) is accepted for deposits and instalments up to USD $500 equivalent.
Currency: All payments may be made in US Dollars or Zimbabwe Dollars at the official Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) exchange rate on the date of payment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be charged at 50% of the session fee. Three consecutive missed sessions without rescheduling may result in programme termination at the discretion of the Speech Therapist.
Confidentiality: All client records, assessment data, and therapy notes are handled in strict accordance with the Zimbabwe Data Protection Act (Chapter 24:08) and the professional code of ethics of the Zimbabwe Health Professions Council.
Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to changes in operating costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in Zimbabwe Harare.
Liability: The Harare Speech & Communication Centre and its Speech Therapist staff shall not be held liable for outcomes that fall outside the scope of standard clinical practice. Progress in speech and language therapy is individual and cannot be guaranteed in absolute terms.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. In the event of unresolved disagreement, matters shall be referred to the Zimbabwe Health Professions Council or the relevant small claims court in Harare, Zimbabwe.
